What if my car has been in an accident?
We typically do not buy cars that have been in an accident. We prefer low mile cars with clean car faxes.
What if my car is leased?
Absolutely! We can pay off your lender and get you out of your lease.
What do you consider a luxury vehicle?
Any English, German, Italian or Japanese branded car or SUV. We also like American Sports cars and SUVs. We typically don’t buy cars under $50,000 in value. We also like cars with low mileage.
How long is my initial bid good for?
Your initial bid is good for 48 hours.
How long will the process take?
From Submitting your car, to getting paid, the process can take as little as 24 hours, but most deals are completed in 3-5 days.
Do I have to bring my car to you?
We absolutely prefer you do! We currently have 2 locations in the US, in Cleveland Ohio and Beverly Hills California which are located inside of Marshall Goldman Motor Sales Car Dealerships. You can check out www.MarshallGoldman.com for address, hours and directions. However, we also have representatives in South Florida, the Northeast and Texas. So depending on the car and location, we can make it happen!
Are there any out of pocket expenses or hidden fees?
There are NO out of pocket expenses and NO hidden fees
Is my information secure?
YES! Keeping your information confidential and secure is our highest priority!
When do I get paid?
Once we have an agreed deal and satisfactory inspection, we pay immediately. If you bring the car to one of our locations, we can pay you on the spot. Same day!
What if my car is not considered luxury?
At this time, we are only focused on luxury and exotic vehicles with values of $50,000 and up. We recommend carmax.com for cars with a value below $50,000.
